1. Agreement
These terms form a contract between you (or the organisation you represent) and GRNL, Lda. (trading as "blipee"), with registered office at Rua Teixeira de Pascoais, 1, Estoril, Portugal, tax number 517262100.
By creating a blipee account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the DPA (where applicable to your organisation). If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
blipee is a SaaS platform for operations management, industrial IoT and sustainability reporting.
Features depend on your plan (Essential / Business / Enterprise — see Pricing).
We reserve the right to evolve the product. We’ll tell you 60 days ahead if we ever remove a paid feature.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping credentials safe and for everything done under your account.
Tell us immediately at security@blipee.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
No credential sharing between users. Each user gets their own.
4. Acceptable use
No using the service for illegal purposes, infringing third-party rights, distributing malware, or trying to bypass technical limits.
No reverse-engineering or attempts to access other organisations’ data.
Respect your plan limits. Occasional spikes are fine; sustained use above limits requires an upgrade.
5. Payment and renewal
Monthly or annual billing, as you choose, charged in advance. Listed prices are exclusive of VAT at the rate in force.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before renewal. No refunds for the period already paid — you keep using the service until the cycle ends.
6. Your data
You own the data you upload. We process it as a processor (DPA applies).
Export all your data any time via API or formal request.
After cancellation we hold data for 90 days for recovery, then delete it.
7. Intellectual property
blipee owns all rights to the software, brand, design and product content.
Your data, configurations and contributions stay yours.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use blipee for the duration of the contract.
8. SLA and liability
SLA depends on your plan (see Pricing). SLA-breach credits show up on the next invoice.
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the incident.
No liability for lost profits or indirect damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Termination
You can cancel any time from your account area: the subscription stops renewing and stays active until the end of the cycle already paid.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach (non-payment, abuse, terms violation), giving you 14 days to fix things before final termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Jurisdiction: courts of Lisbon. Before litigating, we commit to trying to resolve things amicably.
